Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.

Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, inform us within 24 hours at care.toyra@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 83471 03161.
We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for defective or wrong products only.
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to product availability and can only be done once per order.
Color or minor design variations may occur due to lighting, fabric, or screen display differences. Such variations are not considered defects.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if we are responsible for defects, damages, or incorrect items.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, size issues (details are provided in product descriptions), or customer damage.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 7โ14 business days.
A โน200 deduction will be applied to cover logistics and handling.

Important Notes While Receiving Parcels
1. For Cash on Delivery (COD), the package cannot be opened before payment.
2. If the package looks tampered or damaged, kindly refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
3. Delivery personnel are not authorized for product discussions.
4. Do not tip delivery staff (they are compensated by our logistics partner).
5. Please ensure someone is available to receive COD orders between 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM.
