1. Shipping Availability

Domestic Shipping: We deliver to all states and union territories in India, including remote locations (subject to courier partner coverage).

International Shipping: Currently unavailable. For updates, please contact us at care.toyra@gmail.com.

Order Minimum: No minimum order value is required to qualify for free shipping.

2. Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping: All orders, regardless of value or weight, include free standard delivery across India.

No Hidden Fees: Toyra covers 100% of the shipping charges.

3. Shipping Methods & Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery:

Standard Shipping (Delhivery / India Post): 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping (Blue Dart / DTDC): 1–3 business days (limited availability, may require additional processing).

Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Dispatch Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Delivery Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or re-delivery addresses without prior approval.

For certain products (e.g., age-restricted toys), an adult signature may be required.

Fragile/collectible toys are packed securely. For high-value items, we recommend opting for insurance at checkout.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Orders: If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time + 7 days, contact us at care.toyra@gmail.com or call +91 83471 03161 with your order number. We’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.

Damaged Items: Please check your order upon delivery. If damaged, email us photos within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received: Report within 24 hours for a quick replacement.

7. Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping is free (we’ll provide a prepaid label).

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
